Absorbency: Low to moderate flow. Holds up to 7 hours, 15-25 ml, or the equivalent of 2-3 tampons.
Works in and out of the water, nothing else required even outside of water (no tampons, pads, etc..)
Care and Wash Instructions: Hand rinse with soapy water first. Then, cold wash in washing machine. Do not use bleach or fabric conditioner. Do not use dryer. Hang for air dry only.
